Substitution Policy

While we try our best to deliver the exact product as seen on the website, world seasonal and regional conditions may affect the supply and cost of flowers, foliages and fruits.

If the needs arise, Online Pte Ltd will make appropriate substitutions whilst maintaining the value of your order. Utmost care and attention will be given to your order to ensure that it is as similar as possible to the requested item. We will pay careful attention to the overall shape, size, style and color combinations when making substitutions. We would wish to assure you that your satisfaction of the product is our top priority.

For particular vases or basket shown that are out of stock, substitutions will be made to ensure the quality and look of the arrangement.

Food or gifts items that are out of stock, products will be substituted with another of equivalent or higher value for hampers and baby items.
